Kishrey Teufa Group Announces €7 Million Investment to Expand Arctic Panorama Resort
In an exciting development for the tourism sector, the Kishrey Teufa Group has unveiled plans to invest an additional €7 million into its Arctic Panorama Resort & Spa, located in Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland. This move is part of the company’s efforts to enhance its hospitality offerings.
The expansion will feature 48 new accommodation units, which include a mix of 24 Panoramic Cabins and 24 luxury suites, complemented by a new spa center. The construction is slated for completion before the winter season of 2026-2027, further solidifying the resort’s status as a premier destination for travelers seeking to experience the mesmerizing northern lights.
To date, Kishrey Teufa has invested approximately €7 million in the project, bringing the total investment to around €14 million once this expansion is finalized.
Positioning for Northern Lights Tourism
Nestled in the breathtaking Arctic landscape, the Arctic Panorama Resort & Spa offers guests stunning panoramic views of the surrounding snowy forests and open skies. The layout of the accommodation units has been meticulously designed to maximize views of the northern lights, ensuring that visitors can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Arctic Circle.
Upon completion of the expansion, the resort will encompass 88 accommodation units, alongside a restaurant and spa facilities. Notably, all rooms, including the restaurant and spa, are oriented towards the north, enhancing guests’ chances of catching a glimpse of the captivating auroras during winter nights.
The resort began welcoming guests in December 2025, and as previously reported by The Jerusalem Post, Kishrey Teufa has also reinstated direct flights to Rovaniemi as part of its tailored tour packages for Israeli travelers.
Responding to Strong Demand
The resort’s swift success has not gone unnoticed; it has been nominated for the prestigious REVE Luxury Awards in several categories: Luxury New Resort of the Year, Luxury Resort of the Year, and Luxury Landscape Hotel of the Year.
“After a successful launch season and significant demand, we have decided to expand the flagship Arctic Panorama Resort & Spa project,” said Nir Mazor, Vice President of Marketing at Kishrey Teufa. “Increasing the number of accommodation units and enhancing our facilities will enrich the guest experience.”
In addition to its Lapland project, Kishrey Teufa is committed to developing its international tourism real estate segment, which the company views as a crucial growth engine for the future. “We intend to deepen our investments in strategic tourism real estate that delivers substantial value for both the group and our customers,” Mazor added.
A Broader Vision in International Tourism
The expansion in Lapland is part of a broader strategy by Kishrey Teufa to make inroads into overseas tourism and real estate ventures. Over the last year, the company has diversified its international portfolio, launching various luxury projects including those in Greece and Cyprus. This includes the much-anticipated LUMINA MARE luxury development in Larnaca and ongoing initiatives on the idyllic Greek island of Paros.
As Kishrey Teufa continues to solidify its presence in the international hospitality landscape, the Arctic Panorama Resort & Spa stands as a testament to its vision and commitment to creating memorable experiences in one of Europe’s most enchanting destinations.
